Linseed oil is one of the most valuable vegetable oils, due
to the high content of triglycerides of the essential omega-3 and omega-6 acids,
mainly alpha-linolenic and linoleic.
Flaxseed oil is ideal for those who follow a vegan diet. Its

be used for frying, stewing and baking up to 210 C (ordinary linseed
oil has a smoking point of 107 C).
