Vassilakis Estate olive oil is a 100% natural limited edition oil with an acidity of 0.1-0.3%. It is made from olives of the Koroneiki variety, harvested in early November - this is the first oil of the season. It has a healing and cosmetological effect and has excellent organoleptic characteristics, for which it is appreciated by true connoisseurs of olive oil. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil is one of the treasures of the Mediterranean diet. Manufacturing using exclusively mechanical action and naturally low acidity guarantee the preservation of nutrients and vitamins.
Use the oil in its pure form as a sauce, or for dishes that require a bright taste: for toast, stewed vegetables, legumes, marinades, grilled or fried meat.
