Description
Black peppercorns are a popular spice. Unlike ground pepper, whole peas, dried fruits of pepper liana, are preserved in black peppercorns. Unripe fruits are harvested by hand, after which they are quickly dried on large sieves over a fire or under the rays of the sun. The quality of black peppercorns is checked by throwing them into water - good black pepper will begin to sink down. Underdried or overdried, it remains to float on the surface. The minimum order is 100 kg.
