Description
An artisan bakery that makes croissants and sourdough bread of its own production. In the production of croissants, we use 82.5% butter (New Zealand), which gives the croissants a rich creamy taste. Our croissants have a crispy crust and an airy, tender crumb.
We make fillings for croissants on our own without the use of food additives:
- for berry croissants, only fresh berries, which are slightly boiled to preserve the taste and aroma of the berry itself.
- for croissants with salted caramel, we cook caramel only from pasteurized cream.
