Semi—hard mature cheese "Black Duke" is a product of the Anton Palych trademark. It is produced at the Belarusian cheese factory in Oshmyany and is made only from natural ingredients. The cheese has a golden yellow dough, a homogeneous consistency and a dense, delicate texture. It cuts and melts well. "Black Duke" has the aroma of real melted milk and a soft creamy cheese taste. It is suitable for breakfast and hot sandwiches with a crust, cheese plate, vegetable casseroles, pizza and unsweetened pies, combined with semi-dry white wines.
