Montasio with truffle is an author's cheese, a unique product that can pleasantly surprise. We use natural black truffle, the very delicacy that gourmets in expensive restaurants order as an exquisite seasoning. It is believed that black truffles are able to awaken sensual associations and specific desires. The aroma of real mushrooms resembles a bouquet of smells, in which walnut, moss, berries, fallen leaves on forest soil are guessed. Montasio with truffle is a semi-hard cheese, the recipe for which was invented by monks of Alpine monasteries in northern Italy. The cheese got its name in honor of a mountain in the Alps. The cheese has a light yellow hue and small holes. The cheese crust is natural, dense, it is not eaten. A head of Montasio cheese weighs about 6.5 kilograms. For sale, we cut the cheese and pack it in vacuum packaging. The minimum order is 0.350 gr.
