Description
White cabbage is a biennial plant, an agricultural crop of the Cruciferous family. Cabbage first appeared in Russia in the 11th-12th centuries, and everywhere Russians began to cultivate this crop in the 18th century.
Cabbage is a light-loving vegetable that has a round shape with leaves tightly wrapped inside. A fresh ripened head of cabbage has a bright light green color and a white section of a hard stalk. The leaves are crisp, smooth with a fresh aroma and a traditional flavor.

Cabbage contains a wide variety of vitamins (P, K, E, U, group B), but most of all it contains vitamin C, the level of which does not decrease even during long-term storage and during sourdough.
