The main secret of solyanka is impeccable adherence to the recipe and high–quality products. The rich broth is prepared on the basis of selected products: fresh poultry and smoked beef. The pickles included in the dish are made according to a family recipe. The dish does not require a large amount of spices. To emphasize the taste of solyanka, only salt and pepper are required.
The soup is sold frozen and has a long shelf life. We recommend serving ready-made hodgepodge with sour cream and black bread.
